Customer Impact

At AEGON Scottish Equitable, we’re committed to the Association of British Insurers’ (ABI’s) Customer Impact scheme.

This is a voluntary scheme which aims to improve customers’ experience of the life, pensions and investment industry. It covers issues such as how products are designed and marketed, and fair treatment of claims and payments.

Every year, as part of this scheme, we publicly commit to putting customers at the heart of our business. And we publish an open report on what we’re doing to improve customers’ experience of dealing with us and how we’re delivering on that. This includes our results from the yearly Customer Impact survey.
