Pipeline applications
If you submit an application before 10 March 2010, please remember that your client will have 21 days to complete the case to be guaranteed the accepted rate.
Do I need a re-quote?
- If rates have gone down and you already have an illustration or application with us then your clients will still get the quoted rate, if we get all the documentation we need and the money by 30 March 2010.
- If the rates have increased, then your client will automatically get the higher rate.
How do I check on my cases?
You can check the progress on any of your cases by logging in to our secure services. From here you can track the progress of your cases and see which are at illustration, application or final quote stage. You can also see which of your cases have recently completed and what commission you’re due. Find out more about online case tracking here.
