More on the charges

The relationship between charges and commission/allocation is:

  • Initial charge - every 1% initial commission is equal to 1% initial charge.
  • Establishment charge – every 1% initial commission/allocation is equal to 0.2% a year of contributions for five years.
  • Portfolio charge – every 1% commission/allocation is equal to 0.1% a year of the fund for the life of the investment (a maximum of 5% initial commission/allocation can be paid by the portfolio charge):
    • 0.1% trail commission is equal to 0.075% a year of fund for the life of the investment (0.5% trail commission would equate to a portfolio charge of 0.375% and maximum trail commission is 1%).

We reserve the right to vary the charging structure.
