Our bond proposition

Investment Control, our onshore bond, offers everything your clients would want from a long-term investment – choice, control and the certainty of a money-back guarantee.

As the name implies, Investment Control leaves your clients firmly in charge. They can even choose how they pay for it, from the following options:

• pay up front
• spread the cost over five years
• spread the cost over the lifetime of the bond

And we know that no two clients are the same. That’s why we’ve set things up so you can:

• put together a structure that suits you and your clients, or
• choose from one of our standard charging options.

The protected investment option

The protected investment option is our money-back guarantee. This option comes with a separate range of funds to choose from.

Your clients will have complete peace of mind knowing that even in volatile markets we guarantee to give them back their original investment, less any withdrawals:

• on the death of last person covered, from day one
• on cash-in, from year five

Then, on the 10th anniversary of each investment, and every five years after that, if the fund value is greater than the amount invested less any withdrawals, we’ll set this as the new higher guaranteed amount.

You can now quote, submit and view details of existing bonds all on one platform. As you’re doing more business, we’ll increase commission by 0.25% (or if you don’t want extra commission, we’ll offset it against charge/increase allocation).
