- Once a scheme is on risk, we’ll provide a dedicated claims assessor to manage all notified cases of absence and any future claims queries.
- The claims assessor will call you or the employer to discuss the best way to work together, linking with their HR and/or Occupational Health teams.
- We’ll give you and/or the employer access to our online claims tracker. This web-based system keeps you up to date with what’s going on, sending email updates as individual employees move through the stages of the claims process. You can also download a status report whenever you want. This shows at a glance the status of all claims, relevant dates, benefit amounts and much more.
- We need to know about any employees who’ve been off for longer than 20 working days, within 30 working days of them going off sick.
- Once notified of a claim, we’ll keep you and the employer informed at every stage through our online claims tracker.
