We’ll normally need the following information to process a quote:
- nature of the client’s business
- location (for group life cover we need the postcode of each business location)
- gender, date of birth and salary for each member
- occupational split
- whether the scheme is new or currently insured – if currently insured, we’ll also need five years’ scheme history, including claims, and the existing rates
Please supply all data on an Excel spreadsheet and tell us the basis you’d like us to quote on. We might need additional information depending on the scheme specification – for example if eligibility is linked to service then we’ll need members’ start dates.
Viewing quotes
You can view quotes on our secure online services area – log in by entering your username and password in the box on the right. We’ll send you an email to let you know when the quote is ready.
