We’ve teamed up with Care First to offer round-the-clock advice and support to all our policyholders. Care First's confidential, professional telephone counselling service can help any of our policyholders going through a difficult time.
Their professional counsellors and information specialists are there to listen, answer any questions and give practical advice, support and reassurance – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Care First counsellors are all clinically trained and highly qualified and they’ve been providing telephone counselling services for 14 years.
