Based on feedback from the over 7,000 users, we’ve enhanced SmartPay. These enhancements include:
- Improvements to the way we process data importing and matching to make it more efficient, progress more visible and for larger schemes allow the user to continue working while the process completes
- Usability improvements to make navigating scheme payment details and finding specific members much easier
- Optional email payment reminder system
- Ability to choose a future date payment when using DDi payment method (validated to ensure payment still reaches us within WRAPA timeframe).
