Claims

Our tracker makes it easy for you to know where your claims are and track your organisation’s absenteeism. It records the progress of your individual employees as they move through the various stages in our claims process so you can follow what’s happening, every step of the way.

You can view your employee claims information by:

  • checking the progress of individual cases, or
  • downloading scheme level summary information reports, which show at a glance the status of all claims, relevant dates, benefit amounts and much more

Of course, you’ll be familiar with data protection issues, so we’re sure you’ll understand there are some details that we can’t share.

In addition, we’ll send trigger emails to specified individuals within your organisation to alert them to status changes as soon as they happen.

We’ll also send you a monthly email summarising the status of all your claims with us, and reminding you to let us know about any employees who’ve been off for longer than 20 working days. This makes sure that you get the best possible benefit from your group income protection policy. The earlier you tell us about an employee’s absence, the sooner we can start to help.

Underwriting

Our tracker also lets you closely follow the progress of medical underwriting decisions.
