We're determined to treat customers fairly and communicate clearly with them at all times.
As well as complying with the Financial Services Authority's Treating Customers Fairly principles, we're fully signed up to the Association of British Insurer's Customer Impact scheme.
Both of these cover how products are designed and marketed, and ensure we deal fairly with all claims and payments.
As part of the Customer Impact scheme, we publicly commit to putting customers at the core of our business and each year we have to show that we're doing this. We also carry out a yearly customer survey to measure changes in customer experiences and attitudes. This is all supported by good practice guidelines.
