Can I register for more than one scheme?

The registration page initially allows registration for one scheme. If you require access to additional schemes you can contact our eService Helpdesk via the Contact Details page or by phoning 08456 100 001 and they will arrange access.

Why is my user ID sent to the Managing Director or Trustees?

For security purposes all Employer user IDs are issued via the Managing Director or Trustees so they are in control of which personnel can access the scheme details online.

Can I change my User ID?

No, these are randomly selected by our system and cannot be changed, however you can change your password on the 'Update Profile' page once logged in.

Will I automatically receive access to SmartPay i.e. option to submit contribution data and pay online?

No, access to SmartPay is given once the scheme has been discussed with a AEGON Scottish Equitable representative. You can contact our eService Helpdesk via the Contact Details page or by phoning 08456 100 001 regarding access.

Will I automatically receive access to make the payment online by Direct Debit (direct from bank account)?

No, access will only be given access to pay by Direct Debit once we have received signed authorisation from Company Management. You can contact our eService Helpdesk via the Contact Details page or by phoning 08456 100 001 for further details.

What changes can I make online to members policies?

You can switch funds and update members names and addresses. Also, SmartPay allows you to change contribution details, personal details, annual pensionable salaries, scheme leaver dates and contribution holidays.
