From 8 February, AEGON Asset Management, manager of our in-house funds, will take over management of our life and pension Property funds from Morley Fund Management.
This is because AEGON Asset Management has recently recruited three leading property fund managers, Gerardine Davies, Philip Clark and David Wise. Their appointment is part of a long-term strategy to develop the property expertise of AEGON Asset Management. The objective of the fund will remain unchanged.

Gerardine Davies formerly managed retail property funds at Morley for six years. David Wise managed institutional property mandates and Philip Clark was head of the specialist property funds team at Morley. Between them, the team has over 60 years’ experience in the property sector and were previously responsible for combined property assets in the region of £15bn.
The fund continues to invest in a portfolio of high quality, prime properties. Here are some examples of properties in the fund:

The two other funds affected are the Select Distribution and Select Reserve life and pension funds which both have investments in property. The additional yearly charge for all three funds is unchanged. Funds offered by AEGON Scottish Equitable International are not affected by this change of manager.
